Terms and Conditions
Deposit . A 10% deposit should be submitted with your confirmation booking, upon receipt we will e-mail or post your confirmation, dates and additional details you may require. Your balance will be due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation Charges . If you cancel with more than 60 days' notice there are no cancellation charges. 45-60 days' notice you will lose your deposit (10%) 30-45 days' notice 50% of total 15-30 days' notice you will lose 75% of total. less than 15 days' notice you will lose 100% of total Group Bookings - more then 4 people will receive a separate set of cancellation conditions.
Motorcycle Rideouts - Your Responsiblity . Remember:- . Bike Check - tyres and tyre pressures, chain, may be covering 2000 miles so make sure a major service isn't missed, oil and brake fluid levels, bring spare top up oil, gb sticker or plate, headlight settings? . You are liable for both your and your bike's safety. Do not ride beyond your capabilities,watch speed limits through towns/villages . Please advise us of any disabilities, illnesses, allergies or dietary needs that may affect your stay. On La Poumerole Motorcycle Tours participants are required to ensure that their motorcycles are in a good road legal condition, insurance and MOT cover, if required. Participants are responsible for their own motorcycle, its use and for any pillion passenger being carried. . An accident that occurs to a rider or pillion passenger,will never be the organisers responsibility and participants should makesure they have the relevant european break-down cover and confirm with their insurer their bike is covered in . Make sure your travel insurance provides cover in the event of cancellation.
Documents . Passport, Bike registration documents, Insurance, Phone numbers for European Breakdown Cover, take photocopies of all your documents and keep them separate. EHIC card which you can apply for at a post office or on the internet. (www.dh.gov.uk/travellers).
Our Responsiblity . We accept responsibility for supplying your accommodation and ensuring that any part of any rideout programme is supplied as described. Please note we cannot be responsible for any events being affected by weather conditions or mechanical breakdowns. (although we will as far as possible) |
